Problem Note 31705: "A serious error occurred" message when using the Information Map Viewer Portlet in the SAS® Information Delivery Portal
In the Information Map Viewer Portlet, you can add conditional highlighting rules to a viewed data exploration.
If you choose to include an image as part of a highlighting rule, then you might see the message: "A serious error occurred"

As a circumvention, do not include images in your conditional highlighting rules.
